While our young women, student-athletes prepare to open doors and opportunities in the business communities; you are one who can help unlock the doors.  The Michigan Crossover 16 & 15 and under team earned an opportunity to represent the state of Michigan in two nationally recognized tournaments.  The Junior Nationals Competition Tournament will be held July 10th – 14th in Las Vegas and July 22nd – 26th in Washington D.C.  This two-week excursion will provide competitive basketball and premium educational activity.  These scholars will also visit the White House on Capitol Hill, the Washington Monument and tour the Smithsonian.  As you can see July will be a very competitive and expensive month for the team.  The Michigan Crossover team, a non-profit organization, has planned a summer enrichment program that will ultimately convey the following individual rewards:

- Proper conditioning
- Self confidence
- Understand teamwork
- roles and responsibility
- Personal sacrifices
- Creativity
- Develop winning attitudes
